Benefits may vary by employment status As a Home Health RN Branch Director, You will: P rovide support and supervision to the Clinical Manager(s) to promote effective performance and delivery of quality home care services Maintain office operations in an efficient, productive, effective, and organized manner, providing a safe working environment for employees . Meet local ordinances and fire and safety regulations in compliance with the company policies Ensure deficiencies identified during internal or external surveys, or audits are addressed and corrected Provide direct supervision to all administrative staff at the Branch and oversee clinical staff through collaboration with the Clinical Manager(s) Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the Branch
