About The Position

Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first $10K Sign-On Bonus As a Branch Director at CenterWell Home Health, you will lead the branch in delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered care in the home setting. Reporting to the Market Executive of Operations, you'll guide and support clinical and administrative staff and foster a collaborative environment that enables both patients and clinicians to succeed. Through your leadership, you'll help shape care practices, support growth, and uphold the standards that allow patients to live safely and independently at home. $10K Sign-On Bonus As the Home Health Branch Director, you will: Ensure the branch meets Federal, State, and local laws regarding the certification and licensure while working onsite in the branch. Ensure operational efficiencies, quality of patient care, and regulatory compliance. Support business development, patient base growth, and people management and development. Work with the Market Executive of Operations and Finance Department to establish revenue and budget goals. Recognize the clinical leadership of the Clinical Manager(s) to aid in delivery of quality home care services. Maintain operations in a manner which provides a safe working environment for employees, meeting local ordinances and fire and safety regulations. Conduct quality improvement quarterly committee meetings, review all patient satisfaction data, and follow up on negative patient satisfaction surveys. Participate in sales and marketing initiatives. Hire staff, monitor quality of care and performance.

Requirements

  • Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the state of practice
  • Minimum of 2 years of healthcare operations management experience
  • Leadership experience with demonstrated experience motivating, educating, supervising, and supporting staff and developing a cohesive team
  • Experienced with quality improvement monitoring and reporting tools and methods
  • OASIS experience
  • Knowledge of business management, governmental regulations, and accreditation standards
  • Experience collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Valid state driver's license, reliable transportation, and automobile liability insurance
