About The Position

The RN Branch Director at CenterWell Home Health is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch in Tucker, GA. This role focuses on ensuring operational efficiencies, maintaining quality patient care, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting business development and growth. The Branch Director supervises clinical staff, manages branch performance, and is accountable for the fiscal viability and quality of care provided. This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to coordinate activities across various disciplines to ensure continuity and quality of services.

Requirements

  • Active/unrestricted RN license to practice in the state of North Carolina.
  • Minimum of 2 years of healthcare operations management experience, preferably in Home Health or Hospice.
  • Management and people leadership experience required.
  • Outstanding leadership skills with experience in motivating and supporting staff.
  • Knowledge of business management, governmental regulations, and accreditation standards.
  • Fiscal management experience with the ability to manage multi-million dollar revenue.

Nice To Haves

  • OASIS experience and certification (HCS-O, COQS, and/or COS-C).
  • Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB).
  • Familiarity with CMS PDGM home care billing model.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day branch operations to ensure operational efficiencies and quality of patient care.
  • Supervise branch and clinical staff, ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and local laws.
  • Develop, plan, implement, analyze, and organize operations for the branch.
  • Work with the Area Director of Operations to establish revenue and budget goals.
  • Conduct continuous quality improvement meetings and review patient satisfaction data.
  • Partner with Sales Directors to meet budgeted admission goals and participate in marketing initiatives.
