Union Position: No Department Details Bemidji and Red Lake Dialysis are partnering together and have an opening for a full time registered nurse (RN). This position will be located in Bemidji but will float to Red Lake Dialysis. Mileage reimbursement and float incentive included! Bemidji Dialysis is open from Mon - Sat 5:00am - 5:00pm and closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas. Red Lake Dialysis is open Mon, Wed, Friday from 4:30am - 5:00pm New grads are welcome and huge sign on bonus offered for eligible employees! Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to dialysis patients. Job Description This position offers an opportunity to work independently and collaboratively with Dialysis Technicians and other experienced Dialysis nurses. This position offers an opportunity to work with a team of motivated professionals to provide care and treatment for patients with end-stage renal disease. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program required, including, but not limited to, American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA).
  • Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
  • Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific licensure, competencies and certifications.
