Marymount Hospital’s Adult Behavioral Health Center offers a comprehensive range of inpatient and outpatient mental health and chemical dependency programs. Some of the services provided include inpatient care, medication management, structured therapeutic programming, scheduled recreational activities, nutrition and medication management, and access to community resources for ongoing support. This team works collaboratively to foster a safe, team-oriented environment. As an RN on this team, you will assist fellow caregivers in delivering exceptional care by interacting directly with patients, families, and visitors, offering the opportunity to enhance their experience and supply healthcare information as needed. This position requires a caregiver who is empathetic, understanding and nurturing to ensure quality patient care and effective life-saving treatment.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (ADN or BSN program)
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- One year of current acute care RN experience. Will consider military RN experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care.
- Implement and monitor patient care plans.
- Monitor, record and communicate patients’ conditions.
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
- Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs.
- Educate patients and their families
