Requirements

As a Registered Nurse on our Inpatient Behavioral Health unit, you'll be more than just a caregiver – you'll be a beacon of hope and a cornerstone of recovery.
You lead with compassion, connecting with patients and families on a deeply human level, even in their most challenging times.

Responsibilities

Utilizing the nursing process, you'll skillfully assess, plan, implement, and evaluate comprehensive, individualized care plans, focusing on holistic well-being for our diverse patient population.
You'll confidently manage patient assignments, ensuring seamless coordination of care and optimal patient placement, always keeping individual needs at the forefront.
You'll be a vital link within our multidisciplinary team – partnering with physicians, care coordinators, therapists, and management. Your effective communication skills will be key to fostering a cohesive healing environment.
Whether you're a seasoned RN or a rising new grad, you'll role model positive behaviors, mentor colleagues, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
You'll complete job-specific competencies, including age-specific care, ensuring you're adept at meeting the unique needs of all our patients.
