The RN Behavioral Health Overnight Manager will provide clinical and operational supervision to Nurses (RNs and LPNs) and behavioral health technicians on the overnight shifts (7:45p-8:15a). The Manager will use state guidelines to assure quality of service and rights of individuals served. The RN Behavioral Health Overnight manager will collaborate with the dayshift RN Manager, Medication Unit Manager, Operations Program Manager and Director, to ensure the smooth management of the programs. The RN Behavioral Health Overnight Manager will collaborate with the Daytime Manager to plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operations of the nursing department at the Behavioral Health Urgent Care and Facility Based Crisis Center, in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern the facility. The RN Behavioral Health Overnight manager will provide clinical leadership for the nursing unit in order to assure high quality standards are maintained. Education, Licensure, and Experience required for the position includes: AA, BS, MSN preferred. They will focus on leadership of staff, operational and nursing functions, and client care at the Facility-Based Crisis Center and Behavioral Health Urgent Care. Client care includes assessment, care and treatment of clients at the facility; must adhere to standards of care as defined by the Nurse Practice Act and RHA.
