About The Position

Behavioral Health Adult inpatient unit Behavioral Health Adult inpatient unit providing the treatment of individuals age 18- 65 years with acute psychiatric illness or symptom exasperation of severe mental health disorders. Additionally patients may have comorbid substance abuse disorders and medical comorbidities. The adult inpatient unit consist of 28 beds. Behavioral Health Geriatric Unit Behavioral Health Geriatric Unit providing the treatment of individuals age 65 and over with acute psychiatric illness or symptom exasperation of severe mental health disorders. Additionally patients may have more common medical comorbidities associated with chronic illnesses. The geriatric inpatient unit consist of 10 beds. Assesses patient reports/records change of condition and notifies physician and/or supervisor and intervenes appropriately and documents accordingly.
