Requirements

• Current RN license in good standing & CPR Certified
• Nursing leadership or supervisory experience is preferred but not required (preferably in long-term care).
• Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for excellent resident care and team development.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and directing nursing services.
• Ensure high standards of resident care and compliance with state/federal regulations.
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff, fostering a positive and team-oriented environment.
• Assist with staff development, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Participate in care planning, quality improvement, and resident/family engagement.
