Recognized by Newsweek in 2024 and 2025 as one of America's Greatest Workplaces for Diversity Our RN will perform delegations for Brookdale of Newberg M-Th and for Brookdale Wilsonville on Fridays. Delegations are needed for changes in condition, RN delegation, etc. We do have LPN Health & Wellness Directors in these communities. Outside of the RN specific needs, the RN would be responsible to assist within the 2 communities they support, certain tasks may be delegated to them to complete, cover for HWD vacations and their on-call while out, various other tasks as needed. We provide 4 weeks of training and onboarding PRIOR to you starting in your role with us. We set you up for SUCCESS.
