About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Nurse to join our dynamic cardiology practice. This full-time role supports both clinical and operational functions within the clinic, working closely with providers to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient workflow. The ideal candidate will bring clinical skills, excellent communication, and a team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cardiology providers to ensure smooth and timely patient care.
• Manage patient triage, including answering patient calls, assessing symptoms, and coordinating appropriate follow-up care.
• Assist with coordination of care, medication management, and patient education.
• Participate in clinic huddles and contribute to process improvements and workflow enhancements.
• Fulfill one holiday triage shift every two years (remote).
