About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse – Ambulatory Care to support a busy outpatient clinical setting in Central New York. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced ambulatory environment while working closely with providers and clinical staff.
Requirements
- Active New York State RN License
- Minimum 1–2 years of ambulatory or outpatient experience preferred
- Current AHA BLS certification
- Strong organizational, communication, and patient education skills
Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care in an ambulatory/outpatient setting
- Perform patient intake, assessments, and documentation
- Assist providers with clinical procedures
- Administer medications and treatments per clinical protocols
- Educate patients regarding care plans, medications, and follow-up
- Coordinate patient care, referrals, and follow-up appointments
- Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
