About The Position

Are you an experienced Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) living in Minnesota looking to support RN Directors of Health Services in Assisted Living Senior Communities by working in a remote, part-time role? Are you knowledgeable about the processes and regulations for Minnesota Assisted Living sites? If you live in Minnesota and if you answered “yes,” we want you on our After-Hours RN team at Cassia! In this RN After Hours role, your primary job is triaging calls from clinical staff for emergency situations. In this role, you will be required to become licensed in IA, ND, FL and CO, too and get a TB gold blood test. Cassia will pay for these expenses and give you a cellphone, laptop, monitor, mouse, and keyboard to use.

Requirements

• Must have a current Minnesota RN license and be in good standing.
• Prior RN experience required.
• Must be comfortable with resident care processes in AL setting and/or long-term care.
• Must have Assisted Living experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
• Experience with electronic medical records.
• High comfort level learning new technology programs.
• Excellent internet connection.

Nice To Haves

• Director of Health Services experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Triage calls from clinical staff for emergency situations.
• Become licensed in IA, ND, FL, and CO.
• Complete a TB gold blood test.
• Attend training at the Edina, MN corporate office and Cassia sites.
