The Administrative Supervisor, a Registered Professional Nurse, has administrative responsibility for the management of all hospital service functions on his/her shift, reporting to the Manager, Administrative Supervisor.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all hospital service functions during assigned shifts.
  • Ensure quality patient care and adherence to hospital policies.
  • Supervise nursing staff and coordinate with other departments.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
  • Provide support and guidance to nursing staff and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
  • Experience in a supervisory or administrative role in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a full-service healthcare facility.
  • Knowledge of hospital operations and regulations.
