Specializing in Kidney Health, end stage Renal Disease, Chronic Kidney Disease, Acute Renal Failure, Acute Kidney Injury, Hemodialysis, Peritoneal Dialysis, Plasmapherisis, Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy, and Vascular Access, we aim to provide an exceptional level of care. The Acute Dialysis Unit (ADU) is a 12-bay procedural unit that performs hemodialysis on inpatient, outpatient and observation patients. The ADU patient care treatments are coordinated by working collaboratively with the primary nurse to assess, plan, and execute a plan of care for treatment that involves the patient and family. 3West specializes in the care of the renal patient, as well as, medical surgical patient populations. 3 West is empowered to build a strong clinical foundation through exceptional teamwork between all staff members and a shared common goal to provide the best possible care for our patients. The ADU operates 24 hours, 7 days a week, and teammates work a rotating schedule with on call.
