About The Position

This position provides primary care to patients, including assessment, treatment, care planning, and medical care evaluation. Our Mission : Quality, compassionate care for all. Our Vision : Reimagine health care through connection, service and innovation. Our Core Values : Be Kind | Trust and Be Trusted | Work Together | Strive for Excellence. Our 40-bed Acute Care Unit cares for a wide variety of patients—from COPD, CHF, and kidney failure to GI bleeds, sepsis, and beyond. You’ll see post-op ortho, urology, and neuro patients, plus those transitioning from ICU, IMC, or straight from the ER. No two days are ever the same, and our nurses thrive on the challenge. Why you’ll love it here: High turnover, high energy – you might discharge 20 patients and admit 20 new ones… all in the same shift! Teamwork at its best – collaborate with physicians, therapists, and case managers to get patients back on their feet. Cutting-edge care – our patients undergo CTs, MRIs, endoscopies, thoracentesis, paracentesis, and more. Support 24/7 – our Shift Unit Supervisors (SUS) are part charge nurse, part supervisor, and all-around incredible resources. Who we’re looking for: Critical thinkers who can adapt on the fly.
