Utilizes standards, guidelines, protocols, or pathways for care delivery. Incorporates data and information to continuously improve care and practice to enhance outcomes. Administers Medications according to standard nursing practice. Ensures improvements in practice settings by assuming responsibility for self-development.
Requirements
- Graduate from a school of nursing
- Alabama Board of Nursing License
- BLS must be obtained within 90 days of hire date
Nice To Haves
- BSN
- 1 to 2 years of Med/ Surg experience
- ONS Credential
- If requested, obtain ONS credentials.
