Somerfield Health Center at The Heritage at Brentwood is currently seeking full-time RN/Care Leaders. Somerfield at The Heritage is a 5-star, 66-bed low acuity skilled nursing facility on the beautiful campus of The Heritage at Brentwood in TN. Requirements

• Active, unrestricted RN license in Tennessee required.
• At least 6 months' experience working in long-term care setting preferred.
• Able to provide emotional, physical, and psychological support to senior residents.
• Ability to work as part of a team and to handle multiple tasks safely and effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate sensitive information with empathy.
• Ability to work effectively with frequent interruptions and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supervises direct care of senior resident and nursing personnel on assigned shift.
• Manages accurate and timely administration of medications, treatments, documentation, and emergency calls.
• Provides direct care as necessary and completes nursing rounds.
