About The Position

The Clinical Nurse in the PCU Tele unit at Desert Regional Medical Center is responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients during the night shift. Requirements

• Current RN license in California.
• Experience in telemetry or critical care nursing preferred.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

• Certification in telemetry nursing or critical care nursing.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assume principal responsibility for total nursing care of assigned patients.
• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health status.
• Plan and implement nursing interventions based on patient needs.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of nursing care provided.
• Educate patients and their families about health management and recovery.
• Ensure access to Patient Health Information for treatment purposes.
