Provides direct care to patients on a given unit using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. Is responsible for managing care of assigned patients. Demonstrates professional growth and development by assuming Shift Leader responsibilities as requested and/or in preparation for advancement to Level II or Level III. Works primarily with adult and geriatric patient populations or pediatric and adolescent patients on assigned units.

  • Associate degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program or will obtain prior to working as a RN
  • Current Georgia RN or a multi-state license meeting eNLC criteria professional licensure or will obtain prior to beginning work as a RN. American Heart Association BLS CPR required.
