About The Position
Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC), is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) corporation that cares for families when they have children who are ill or injured. Through a global network of over 255 Chapters in 62 countries and regions, RMHC provides essential services that remove barriers, strengthen families, and promote healing when children need healthcare. RMHC uses its evidence base to quantifying System impact, focus growth plans, continue to advance understanding of family needs and experiences and facilitate alignment of programming to unmet needs. This role supports critical RMHC strategic priorities by managing RMHC collaboration with researchers and healthcare partners to gain deeper understanding of the social determinants of health on families using RMHC programs and helping to assess and evaluate the impact of RMHC programs on patient outcomes, caregivers, and the healthcare system. This role will also help to influence the expansion and adoption of family-centered care practices within national and local health systems and increase engagement of pediatric healthcare providers by supporting RMHC Chapter activities in family-centered care.
