About The Position

As an RMF Cybersecurity Engineer, you will analyze, implement, and manage policies and procedures to ensure system security. You will apply specific functional knowledge and general industry knowledge to develop or contribute to solutions for a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. The role requires you to work independently with some guidance and to review or guide the activities of junior employees.

Requirements

• Experience assessing, auditing, configuring, and authorizing information systems.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, system administration, compliance and vulnerability assessments, Risk Management Framework, eMASS, NIST 800-53 r4 and r5, and Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS).
• Ability to determine solutions to challenging and evolving cybersecurity requirements.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with multi-national environments, project management, and Authority to Connect (ATC) approval processes.
• Knowledge of Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), including SolarWinds Security Event Manager (SEM), SolarWinds Network Manager, Tenable Security Manager, and Trellix Endpoint Security System (ESS).
• Ability to analyze policy, plans, and procedures to ensure they meet NIST 800-53 requirements.
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills.
