  • Must be able to lift 60 pounds.
  • Must be able to keep track of vats coming out of cooker and vats in brine room.
  • Must be able to safely change forms on RMC in a reasonable amount of time, as not to hinder production.
  • Must be able to clean and CIP RMC's according to standard operating procedure.
  • Must be able to clean flumes daily using proper procedure.
  • Keep area clean at all times.
  • Must be able to use chemicals in a safe and cost-effective way.
  • Must be able to test and record brine salinity.
  • Help with rework as time permits.
  • Responsible for Food Safety and Food Quality.
  • Must be able to take temperature of cheese into and out of RMC.
  • Must be able to operate RMC according to standard operating procedures.
  • Must take daily goggle and gasket inventory.
  • Perform and document pre-ops, titrations, operational logs, and all other documentation as assigned.
  • Must be able to perform SAP functions in the system.
  • Responsible for following all of the Saputo safety procedures and policies.
  • Any other duties as assigned by management.
  • Base Hourly Rate: $23.85
