Requirements
- Registered Medication Aide (RMA) Certification – Required
- CNA or PCA Certification – Required
- Must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
- Supervisory or management experience in healthcare preferred
- Strong leadership & organizational skills
- Excellent communication & interpersonal abilities
- CPR & First Aid Certification – Required

Responsibilities
- Supervise care staff & maintain proper staffing levels
- Administer & document medications per physician’s orders
- Oversee & provide direct care to residents, ensuring dignity & respect
- Conduct assessments & develop care plans tailored to residents' needs
- Communicate effectively with physicians, families & healthcare professionals
- Ensure compliance with all state & federal healthcare regulations
- Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.)
- Respond to resident emergency calls with urgency & care
