What you can offer us: Train and mentor RMA technicians Assign daily workload and prioritize urgent returns Monitor team performance and productivity Manage incoming RMA workflow from receipt to closure Primary contact for RMA Lab for inquiries about Sales, Customer Operations and Support. Promote and execute on the ISO9001 standards approved for RMA area. Complete required training which you are assigned. Develop and maintain clear metrics for RMA activities, including volume, turnaround time, defect categories, and root causes. Analyze repairs and provide data/analysis on trends to Engineering Group and SC Planning. Salesforce-Update salesforce and provide quotes.
