About The Position

As a student participant in the RIT Co-op, you will gain exposure and experience in the healthcare field, specifically in Marketing. The Marketing & Communications Department at Rochester Regional Health offers a hands-on Co-op experience for RIT students interested in marketing, web development, new media, or graphic design. This paid opportunity allows students to apply classroom learning to meaningful, real world projects in the healthcare space. Co-op students will support a variety of initiatives that help tell our story and engage our communities. Depending on skills and interests, students may contribute to marketing strategy and execution, digital and web projects, creative and visual design, content development, analytics, or emerging media efforts, working alongside experienced marketing, creative, and digital professionals. This experience is designed to provide exposure to a complex, fast-paced healthcare environment while building practical skills, professional confidence, and a deeper understanding of how marketing and communications drive impact in a large health system.

Requirements

  • Student at Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT).
  • Background in the field of study which coincides with the department utilizing the co-op.
