About The Position

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Broking team at Guy Carpenter. This role will be based in Atlanta, Boston, San Francisco, Seattle, Tampa, Dallas, Minneapolis, and New York. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. Requirements

  • Fully matriculated student pursuing a Bachelor's degree is required with an expected graduation date of December 2026 or May 2027
  • Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities

  • Support all account team members and contribute to strategic recommendations and problem solving for clients
  • Develop a broad understanding of the environment in which the insured operates, and the marketplace in which the transactions Guy Carpenter handles take place
  • Assist the broking team with client and market research and financial analysis for current and prospective clients
  • Develop competencies through a comprehensive and engaging curriculum centered around networking and collaboration
