About The Position
We are looking for two talented rising college seniors to join the Talcott Enterprise Risk Management team as a 2025 Summer Risk Intern. The internship program spans 10 weeks (40 work hours per week) and will begin in late-May. Talcott's risk internship program is designed to give qualified candidates an opportunity to be part of an award-winning Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team. During the internship, you will gain first-hand business experience and valuable on-the-job training, have the chance to sharpen your technical, analytical, communication, and leadership skills, and network with risk and actuarial professionals at various levels in the organization. Interns will be placed in one of the following functions within ERM: Risk Governance and Reporting, Financial Risk Oversight, Operational Risk Oversight. At the beginning of the internship, interns will be assigned a project, directly or indirectly linked to ERM's strategic priorities.
