As an Assistant Manager in Lending Services, you will be providing direct support to the Relationship Managers and Case Managers in Lending Services Business Banking, Corporate Commercial & Private Banking and Agri business for day-to-day management of high-risk customer portfolios. You will be completing a wide variety of tasks allocated to you via a central email inbox which will need to be completed within the agreed service level agreements. You will be responsible for contacting various teams such as Commercial Services Team (CST) and other back-office teams such as Asset Finance, Fulfilment teams within ANZ also external parties such as Valuation firms to complete these tasks and timely updates regarding the tasks should be provided to the relevant Relationship Manager or Case Manager. You will be also responsible in completing Annual Reviews and Take on Diary Notes of Lending Services Business Banking customers to meet well managed requirements which will involve assessing and analysing Annual Financial reports also reviewing ANZ security documents. You will be responsible in completing these tasks independently and in a highest quality standard with minimum rework to meet all audit and compliance requirements. You will be expected to meet weekly productivity targets in place for Lending Services Assistant Manager Pool while maintaining high quality work.
