About The Position

Risk Product Management Director Sr Hybrid: This role requires associates to be in-office 3 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office. The Risk Product Management Director Sr is responsible for leading the development and implementation of complex product strategies for a product line across the enterprise or within a multi-state environment.

Requirements

  • Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 7 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA.
  • Intermediate or Advanced proficiency using Smartsheets, Jira, Jira Align, Aha!, MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to communicate to C-Suite leaders, strong executive- and client-facing communication capabilities.
  • 7 years of experience in Product Management, healthcare financial and risk-modeling, or utilization management.

Responsibilities

  • Develops, implements, and maintains competitive risk products.
  • Partners with business and product leaders to achieve superior execution of product strategy in the marketplace.
  • Tracks individual product performance by benefit design, market segment, and sub region.
  • Supports the development of short- and long-term strategic product plans in support of market, sales and profitability objectives.
  • Identifies system needs to support short- and long-term product strategy.
  • Develops system requirements and ROI.
  • May lead effort or manage project teams in the implementation of complex regional and companywide initiatives including portfolio repositioning in a market, legislative changes, network/provider changes/ medical management program, policy initiatives, and more.
