Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Thorough understanding of personal lines underwriting and coverages.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately in a complex environment.
- Above-average computer proficiency; experience with Applied Epic, Comparative Rating Software, Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, and related tools.
- State insurance license required.
- Willingness to attend educational seminars; some travel may be required.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual: Spanish/Portuguese a plus
Responsibilities
- Manage all new and remarket quoting activity, including processing quote requests and updating outcomes.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, applications, and policy files.
- Handle policy servicing tasks such as issuing policies, endorsements, and monitoring downloads.
- Support producers and account managers with detailed presentations and timely communication.
- Maintain strong working relationships and identify cross-referral opportunities within BayCoast companies.
- Provide responsive client service and participate in agency programs and initiatives.
- Adhere to agency standards, policies, and procedures while producing high-quality work.
- Perform additional duties as requested by management.
