About The Position
The position is within the Risk department at Saint Thomas Rutherford, Saint Thomas, & West - Emergency, located in Murfreesboro, TN & Nashville, TN. This is a full-time role with a Monday to Friday schedule, operating in a hybrid work environment. The primary focus of this role is to develop, implement, and manage risk management activities, including managing event and claim investigations across all coverage lines. The individual will serve on various hospital and ministry event reporting teams and will be responsible for evaluating risk management functions through data analysis and presenting findings to committees. Additionally, the role involves supporting the organization's risk management goals and specializing in emergency risk management.
