The ~200 professionals in TDRM are trusted experts who oversee ~14,000 developers at Capital One. We raise the bar for excellence in cybersecurity, reliability, and tech risk. We shape strategy and decisions, challenge activities to ensure they meet our standards, and perform independent tests of our security and technology risk. Role Description TDRM is seeking a Manager-level associate with a risk and process management and reporting background. The individual will partner with innovative and passionate stakeholders across TDRM, to enhance risk governance, controls, processes, and assurance practices, while implementing strategic, automated, and transformative change. This opportunity provides for significant professional growth and exposure to senior management. The ideal candidate must be able to effectively communicate and influence partners across multiple functional areas and levels of the organization. Strong risk management, reporting, process engineering, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt in a dynamic customer focused environment are essential to succeeding in this role. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Providing Internal TDRM partners guidance on TDRM Governance processes and practices Managing TDRM Governance process improvement initiatives and projects to completion Crafting materials and effectively communicating change across the organization Designing and implementing solutions, leveraging technology to enhance TDRM processes Mining risk data to design internal dashboards and automated processes and reporting Data Governance and validation
