About The Position
Our Risk Management organization is responsible for establishing policies and programs to manage credit, compliance, operational risk and enterprise risk. We deliver action-oriented risk assessments to executive management and Capital One's Board of Directors by maintaining a staff of world-class risk managers and teaching all of our associates to manage risk as a part of everyday business. As a Risk Manager at Capital One, you will apply your strategic and analytical skills to major company challenges. You'll team with world-class professionals to develop and test strategies that ultimately impact the bottom line. And you will do it all in a collaborative environment that values your insight, encourages you to take on new responsibility, promotes continuous learning, and rewards innovation.
