About The Position
OCT Consulting, LLC is an SBA-certified, 8(a) small business management and technology consulting firm that provides support to Federal Government clients. We provide consulting services in the areas of Strategy, Process Improvement, Change Management, Program and Project Management, Acquisition/Procurement, and Information Technology. OCT is looking for a Risk Management Specialist to support the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DSCA) Program Executive Office (PEO). The DCSA PEO oversees a portfolio of enterprise-wide information technology (IT) programs that unilaterally employ best practice methodologies for the development and delivery of innovative IT solutions, advancing DCSA’s broad-spectrum National Security capabilities to better serve the DoD, the U.S. Government and cleared industry. The Risk Manager will support the PEO through the application of risk management best practices across the acquisition portfolio.
