About The Position

As an Appraisal Governance and Technology Program Manager in Corporate and Investment Bank Appraisal, you lead cross-functional initiatives that strengthen controls, modernize tools, and simplify processes. You partner with operations, technology, and analytics teams to deliver a clear roadmap and measurable outcomes. Together, we elevate valuation quality, risk management, and colleague experience while making it easier for us to serve customers.

Requirements

  • 10 years of experience in commercial real estate operations support, governance, process design, or policy and procedure development
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate, influence stakeholders, and resolve challenges
  • Strong technology aptitude with experience managing product roadmaps and change across multiple tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to deliver results in dynamic, deadline-driven environments
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Team leadership experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, finance, or a related field
  • Experience in appraisal operations or valuation services within a financial institution
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards governing appraisals and valuations
  • Experience with enterprise audit, control, and compliance processes

Responsibilities

  • Own the appraisal technology roadmap and backlog; identify, prioritize, and deliver enhancements that improve efficiency and controls.
  • Build and maintain reporting, procedures, and guidelines in partnership with operations, technology, and analytics stakeholders.
  • Oversee audit readiness, legal-entity compliance, and technology control remediation with appraisal operations leaders.
  • Drive solutions that support compliance with appraisal policies and applicable regulatory standards.
  • Lead complex change initiatives from discovery through adoption, including communications, training, and stakeholder management.
  • Prepare and support impacted teams; coach managers and staff through process and tooling changes.
  • Keep critical documentation current and accurate; map and optimize process flows across time zones.
  • Coordinate cross-team routines; track tasks and dependencies with analytics and system administration partners.
  • Monitor outcomes and metrics; escalate risks and issues proactively.
