Collaborate with business and technology groups on new initiatives to inform timely risk decisions. Manage a community of risk champions across corporate functions to enhance risk awareness. Develop and conduct ERM training programs for employees. Facilitate workshops to identify and assess risks along with developing response plans. Prepare senior management reports regarding risk management activities. Analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve risk management processes. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of experience in ERM and operational risk management.
• At least three years of experience in cross-functional roles within large organizations.
• Strong analytical and technical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Effective communication skills, both oral and written, with teamwork aptitude.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with motivation for independent and collaborative work.
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills in complex scenarios.
• Experience in regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals or financial services.
