Accountabilities Analyze complex business and technical requirements to identify risks and minimize potential losses. Design and implement the enterprise-wide ERM program that includes risk management policies and maturity models. Collaborate with business and technology groups on new initiatives to inform timely risk decisions. Manage a community of risk champions across corporate functions to enhance risk awareness. Develop and conduct ERM training programs for employees. Facilitate workshops to identify and assess risks along with developing response plans. Prepare senior management reports regarding risk management activities. Analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve risk management processes.
