Hackbarth Delivery Service (HDS) is seeking a Risk Management Coordinator - DOT/Safety Coordinator to support, train, and enhance the HDS Risk Management program. This role is responsible for key areas, including safety, security, loss prevention, claims administration, and DOT/Fleet Services compliance, with a primary focus on DOT/FMCSA regulations and fleet compliance. Under general direction, this position will develop and implement a comprehensive safety and compliance program to reduce risk, prevent losses, and ensure regulatory compliance across all HDS departments. The ideal candidate is passionate about continual learning and improving the integration of DOT/FMCSA compliance throughout HDS operations. Reporting to the Corporate Risk Manager, this role requires a proactive approach to promoting a strong safety culture across the organization. Proficiency in Office 365 and the ability to quickly learn new technological systems is essential.
