About The Position

We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented Risk Management Coordinator to join our Tulsa corporate team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys investigating claims, negotiating resolutions, and working toward successful financial recovery outcomes. You will play a key role in managing subrogation files from investigation through settlement while partnering with insurers, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate claim resolution. This position offers a hands-on opportunity to make a measurable impact by improving recovery outcomes, resolving complex claims, and contributing to efficient claims processes in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will: Investigate claims by contacting appropriate parties to confirm incident details, liability, and insurance coverage Review and validate subrogation documentation for completeness and accuracy before submitting claims for recovery Analyze rental agreements, repair estimates, police reports, invoices, and related documents during negotiation and settlement of disputed claims Maintain accurate and timely claim updates within the claims management system for reporting and accounting purposes Send required subrogation documentation using efficient and appropriate communication methods Track claim files regularly to ensure timely follow-up and resolution Provide status updates and reporting outcomes to management as requested Ensure all communications comply with applicable state and federal regulations and consumer protection guidelines Resolve conflicts involving customers, insurers, operations, and accounting with sound judgment and professionalism Apply industry best practices to support strong recovery performance Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Minimum two years of experience with an insurance company, insurance broker, or risk management department preferred
  • Alternatively, three years of experience in an accounting or finance environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

Responsibilities
