About The Position

As a Finance and Business Management Vice President within the Commercial and Investment Bank Risk (CIB) team at JPMorgan Chase, you will play a crucial role in supporting and advising senior management while coordinating strategic and tactical objectives. Your responsibilities will include optimizing business performance and aiding in the execution of key strategic initiatives across three critical risk functions: Country Risk, Reputation Risk, and Principal Risk.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business management or related area within risk management, financial services or investment banking
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage organizational financial metrics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational/project management skills
• Proven ability to collaborate and build strong partnerships
• Ability to think strategically and develop organizational structures
• Outstanding judgment and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work across a global team
• Strong Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior executives to support day-to-day operations of the teams.
• Support oversight of headcount and expense budgets, forecasts, and planning.
• Collaborate with Planning & Analysis and Technology teams to track forecast/actuals versus plan.
• Drive executive communications, including developing content for Board presentations and business reviews.
• Organize complex information strategically and compellingly.
• Respond to ad-hoc requests related to project management and business analysis.
• Support audit, regulatory, and compliance deliverables as needed.
• Build partnerships with cross-functional teams to drive efficiencies and effectiveness.
• Coordinate team activities and initiatives related to employee recognition and teambuilding.
• Instill strong organizational disciplines and adherence to policies.
