As part of the Risk Management and Compliance Document Governance Group, you will help shape the firm’s global policy and standards landscape. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across the business, ensuring documents meet firmwide requirements and support regulatory needs. As a RM&C Document Manager – Senior Associate in the Risk Management and Compliance Document Governance Group, you manage the full document lifecycle and advise stakeholders to ensure documents are current and adhere to firmwide standards. You work with us to oversee policies, standards, and procedures, analyze document metrics, and guide governance practices. Together, we build strong partnerships, drive efficiency, and support innovation in document management across the organization.

Requirements

  • Experience in compliance, control management, risk management, or a similar role at a financial institution or regulator
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
  • Excellent written communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and inquisitive mindset, especially when managing risk and controls
  • Proven ability to collaborate with colleagues across business and corporate teams
  • Professional maturity and confidence in sharing perspectives with senior management and stakeholders
  • Ability to balance providing service with meeting control and governance requirements
  • Comfortable managing tasks and projects using project management principles
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

  • Manage policies, standards, and procedures to maintain an accurate document inventory
  • Lead the document lifecycle by drafting, revising, reviewing, obtaining approvals, publishing, retiring, and developing new documents
  • Analyze and provide insights on document-related metrics
  • Advise stakeholders on document governance and ensure adherence to firmwide standards
  • Build strong relationships with document owners and other stakeholders
  • Support team innovation by leveraging large language models
  • Drive efficiency through identifying and implementing process improvements
  • Collaborate with the Office of Document Governance, Legal Obligations, and Regulatory Change Management teams
  • Participate in ad hoc projects as needed
