What You'll Do: Partner with Risk Counsel to support all aspects of claims litigation and potential litigation Conduct legal research and respond to internal inquiries Coordinate claims reporting and monitoring with excess carriers Manage subpoena and discovery responses, and review standard draft motions Support a portfolio of complex liability claims Provide litigation avoidance advice and assist with strategic counseling Serve as the primary contact for CT Corporation service of process documents What You Bring: Paralegal certfication or equivalent experience Strong research, writing, and organizational skills Experience in litigation support and claims management Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities This position is located at our Corporate Headquarters in Clayton, MO.
