About The Position
The position involves designing, developing, and maintaining KMRF's Risk Management Framework. The role requires assisting the VP-Risk or Chief Risk Officer in developing and refining Credit Risk strategies and initiatives. The candidate will analyze and assess risk factors associated with loan origination and financial operations, working closely with cross-functional teams including Finance and Planning Analysts, underwriters, funders, sales & marketing teams, and domain experts. Collaboration with the statistical modeler to develop and refine risk models is essential, as well as working with underwriters to implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure effective risk management. The candidate will monitor and evaluate the performance of risk models, prepare detailed risk assessment reports, and provide data-driven insights that inform strategic decisions and drive business growth. Conducting stress testing and scenario analysis, recommending automation strategies, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements are also key responsibilities. The role includes mentoring junior team members and preparing comprehensive reports for executive management and the Board.
