The individual will be responsible for setting up files, tracking information and correspondence, and assisting with claims reporting. The role requires ensuring timely and accurate data entry and maintenance of information in various systems and applications, as well as files and documents. The candidate must be able to navigate carrier websites to locate claims information and assist with Worker's Compensation claims for assigned clients. This includes contacting injured employees to monitor their recovery, answering questions, and communicating with clients and adjusters regarding claim progress. Additionally, the role involves monitoring employee adherence to prescribed therapy and identifying cases that may require more management or surveillance. The individual will also facilitate communication with employees, adjusters, and medical professionals as needed, and may be required to train associates on the claims reporting process and systems. The position requires working in a team environment with shared responsibilities, complying with company procedures and policies, and protecting the confidentiality of information. A focus on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement in service is essential, along with the ability to perform other assigned duties as needed.
