The position involves supporting and demonstrating IMA's core values, with a strong emphasis on diversity, equity, and inclusion among all associates. The role requires identifying exposures, benchmarking clients against industry best practices, and recommending solutions to prevent losses while striving for regulatory compliance in safety, health, and environmental areas in partnership with the Risk Control Team. The individual will establish themselves as a subject matter expert, take ownership of risk control service plans for assigned clients, and work independently with minimal guidance.
