About The Position
As a Risk and Insurance Analyst Senior at FIS, you will play a crucial role in the development and management of a comprehensive corporate risk management and insurance program. This position will focus primarily on risk identification, risk transfer, and risk mitigation techniques, with an initial emphasis on compliance and insurance risk management. You will collaborate closely with external brokers, the People Office, Corporate Safety/Risk, legal, and finance functions to implement and maintain risk management policies and procedures designed to protect the company's assets and minimize exposure to various risks. Your responsibilities will include managing all insurance claims, which encompass property, casualty, auto, workers' compensation, Directors and Officers (D&O), and professional liability claims. You will ensure that these claims are resolved in a timely and fair manner. Additionally, you will support the Risk Manager in daily interactions among all project participants, brokers, and adjusters regarding insurance issues. This role will also require you to handle requests for certificates of insurance and work with brokers to obtain them, as well as issue surety bonds as needed. You will support the annual renewal of insurance policies by providing the necessary underlying data to carriers for coverage assessment. Collaborating with the legal department will be essential for reviewing and negotiating the terms and conditions of insurance and compliance-related items in client agreements. You will also be responsible for reviewing the status of claims and coverage of all policies, creating associated reports for management, and overseeing the company safety program. Furthermore, you will support the activities of the Captive Insurance Company and develop and maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements relevant to the role.
