The Risk and Compliance Specialist will provide direct support to the operations team and assist both our asset and non-asset based companies. This position will support the compliance department with regulatory compliance, training, auditing, and ensuring the company adheres to federal, state, and local laws, rules, regulations, and company policies. The Risk and Compliance Specialist will manage all compliance, insurance and auditing, and will work to implement programs, policies, training initiatives, and standard operating procedures established by R+L Global Logistics management to exceed and support the company’s goals, strategy, and requirements.
