About The Position

Infosys is seeking a Risk and Compliance Business Analyst in Financial services Domain. As a Consultant, you will apply your technical proficiency to help develop enhance and maintain technology platforms for mitigating financial risks through the utilization of cutting-edge technology and data analytics. As an integral member of our team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to perform Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design, support development of high quality code and lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
  • At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
  • Experience as an IT BA - working on Risk and compliance Domain.
  • Experience in Market Risk, Credit Risk, Ops risk, Basel 3, CCAR.

Nice To Haves

  • At least 4-6 years of experience in Market Risk, Credit Risk, Ops risk, Basel 3, CCAR.
  • Knowledge of PL/SQL for data analysis.
  • Knowledge of data warehouse technologies to store risk data.
  • Extensive experience in top US financial organizations with Risk and compliance applications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong client-facing presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of common software development practices.
  • Good Analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a diverse/multiple stakeholder environment.
  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to perform Requirements Elicitation.
  • Define Application Architecture and Design.
  • Support development of high quality code.
  • Lead validation for all types of testing.
  • Support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty.
  • Work with Business stakeholders to refine requirements.
  • Guide clients through key design engagements.
  • Plan, organize, review, and implement associated project milestones to completion.
  • Provide forms and forms workflow solutions best suited for clients.
  • Develop solutions and provide knowledge transition to teams both at onsite and offshore.
