Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field; advanced degree or risk certification a plus.
• 3-7 years of risk management experience in financial services, ideally with structured products or fixed income.
• Proficient in MBS, CMBS, derivatives, and RCSA methodologies; familiarity with audit processes and SOX compliance.
• Solid analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Demonstrates high integrity, sound judgment, and a professional demeanor aligned with core ethical values.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments and RCSAs for MBS, CMBS, and derivatives to identify and mitigate financial and operational risks.
• Analyze and monitor exposure to credit, market, liquidity, and operational risks using quantitative and qualitative methods.
• Develop and maintain risk models, dashboards, and reports to track and communicate key indicators.
• Support internal and external audits by ensuring regulatory compliance and enhancing risk controls.
• Collaborate with business units to integrate risk management practices and communicate risk insights effectively.
