About the team The Enterprise Risk Management Program Governance team ensures a structured and consistent approach to managing Enterprise Issue Management, Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA), and risk reporting. We provide oversight, standardization, and accountability to drive effective identification, monitoring, mitigation, and reporting of risks to align with the organization's strategic objectives and regulatory requirements. What you will be doing As a Risk Analyst Senior, you will coordinate and support the execution of the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) program across all lines of business (LOBs). You will partner with Risk Officers and Business Units to ensure timely, high-quality completion of assessments, and aggregation of results into clear enterprise-level insights. You will foster consistent execution as the central point of contact for RCSA governance. Your work will contribute to enterprise risk reporting and support strategic decision making.

Requirements

  • Project management discipline - well-organized with the ability to manage deliverables across multiple lines of business simultaneously.
  • General understanding of risk management frameworks (e.g., Three Lines of Defense, RCSA methodology, inherent and residual risk, control evaluation).
  • Experience working within financial services, fintech, or other regulated technology industry.
  • Effective communicator able to write concise materials tailored to different stakeholder groups.
  • Analytical thinker – enjoys identifying patterns, themes, and systemic risks across diverse lines of business.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience conducting or supporting RCSA workshops.
  • Experience using GRC (e.g., Archer) and reporting (e.g., Power BI, Quickbase) tools.

Responsibilities

  • Manage enterprise schedule, initiate kick-off meetings, and answer stakeholder questions.
  • Track RCSA status across LOBs, monitor timeliness, and escalate missed milestones to leadership.
  • Maintain documentation of completed assessments and perform quality checks to ensure adherence with program policy and standards.
  • Aggregate and transform assessment results into clear, decision-ready, leadership insights.
  • Recommend and support program enhancements (e.g., policy, standard, tooling, reporting).
  • Communicate major program updates and deliver targeted training to ensure consistent RCSA execution.
